Business process automation
We take manual work off your plate: reports compile themselves, data syncs between services, and you hear about important events in Telegram. No need to change the tools you already use.
What businesses automate most often
- Reports. Sales, ads, stock levels, team performance: data from different services is pulled into one spreadsheet or dashboard and lands in Telegram every morning.
- Data sync. Website leads flow into your CRM, store orders into a spreadsheet, and payments are pulled in from your bank or payment provider.
- Documents. Invoices, completion certificates, contracts and proposals generated from templates in one click.
- Alerts. A new lead, a payment, an item out of stock, the website down: your team knows right away, not at the end of the day.
- Inbound data processing. Parsing emails, files and forms, document recognition, and AI-powered sorting of incoming requests.
Our approach to automation
- We map the process. Who does what, how long it takes, where mistakes creep in. Sometimes configuring a service you already have is enough, and no code is needed.
- We choose the tool. For simple connections n8n or another no-code builder works well; for complex logic we write a script in Python or Node.js.
- We launch and monitor. Logs and failure alerts make sure your automation never "quietly" stops working.
- We train your team. We walk you through how everything works and leave you a written guide.
We deliver a small automation from 5 days. You usually see the first results as soon as the first workflow goes live.
Where it runs
Cloud automation builders are convenient at the start but get expensive as the number of workflows grows. At that point it pays to run n8n or custom scripts on a dedicated VPS: a few dollars a month with no limits on the number of runs. We explain how to set up such a server in our article on deploying to DigitalOcean.
Which services can you integrate with?
Any that offer an API or webhooks: Google Workspace, CRM systems, payment services, delivery services, marketplaces, Telegram, email. If there is no API, scraping or browser automation can sometimes do the job.
Which is better: n8n or custom code?
n8n is faster to set up and easier to change yourself. Custom code is cheaper to run at high volumes and gives you more control. We often combine both approaches.
Do we need to change our tools?
No. We build automation around what you already use. We only suggest new services when they genuinely make work easier.
