AI Solutions for Business
We connect modern language models to your data and processes: an assistant answers customers from your knowledge base, documents get processed automatically, and hundreds of reviews turn into a short report.
What AI can do for you today
- Support assistant. Answers customer questions on your website or in Telegram based on your documentation, price list and FAQ. Complex requests are handed over to a person.
- Internal knowledge base. Your team asks questions in their own words and gets an answer with a link to the source document.
- Document processing. We extract data from invoices, contracts, forms and emails into a spreadsheet or your CRM.
- Review and request analysis. Hundreds of reviews or inquiries are sorted by topic, with a summary of the main issues.
- Content generation. Product descriptions, email drafts and social posts that follow your templates and tone of voice.
- Audio and video processing. Speech recognition, subtitles, clipping. For example, our "Video Censor" app transcribes speech with Whisper and automatically mutes profanity.
How we do it
- We start with a specific task and a metric: how many requests the assistant should resolve, how much time it should save.
- We prepare the data. We gather your documents, clean them up and set up semantic search (RAG), so the model answers with facts from your materials instead of making things up.
- We choose the model to fit your quality, speed and budget needs: Claude, GPT or open-source models on your own server if the data can't leave your infrastructure.
- We test on real questions and set guardrails: what the assistant talks about and what it doesn't.
- We integrate it with your website, Telegram bot, CRM or email.
We can show you a prototype assistant built on your knowledge base within 1-2 weeks.
How much does it cost to use an AI model?
You pay for the volume of text the model processes. For a typical support assistant, that's anywhere from a few dollars to a few dozen dollars a month. We give you an estimate up front, based on your own data.
Is it safe to share data with AI?
We use APIs whose terms exclude your data from model training. For sensitive data, we can deploy an open-source model on your own server.
What if the assistant gives a wrong answer?
We restrict it to your knowledge base, have it cite its sources and hand over questions it can't answer to a person. You can review conversations and keep improving the knowledge base.
