Custom Web Scraping Services
We collect data from websites, marketplaces and catalogs and deliver it on a schedule in the format you need. The copy-and-paste work that used to eat hours of your team's time now updates itself.
What web scraping is good for
- Competitor price monitoring. We collect prices and stock levels daily or hourly, compare them with yours and send a report or an alert whenever something changes.
- Catalog population. Product names, specs, photos and descriptions from your suppliers, in a format your store can import.
- Reviews and mentions. Reviews from marketplaces, maps and forums in a single spreadsheet, with an AI summary of the main complaints.
- Leads and databases. Public company contacts collected from directories and listings in your niche.
- Market research. Product range, prices and promotions broken down by competitor and region over any period you need.
How it works
- You send us a list of websites and the fields you need.
- We check how each site serves its data: plain pages, an API, dynamic loading, bot protection.
- We build the scraper (Python, Playwright) and show you a sample export.
- We set it up to run on a schedule on a server, with logging and alerts in case the source site changes its layout.
You can receive the results in Excel / CSV, Google Sheets, a database, via API or straight to Telegram. A simple scraper takes from 5 days.
Where to run the scraper
Regular scraping needs a server that runs around the clock, and large volumes also need plenty of memory and disk space. Affordable VPS plans with generous resources work well here, for example Contabo. If the data volume is small, the scraper can run on the same server as your website.
Legal considerations
We only collect publicly available data and respect the limits of the source sites: we don't flood them with requests and we don't bypass logins. We don't collect personal data without a lawful basis. If a task looks questionable, we'll tell you before any work begins.
What happens if the source site changes its layout?
The scraper reports an error and we update it. For regular scrapers we offer a maintenance plan where these fixes are covered by the monthly fee.
Can you scrape sites with bot protection?
Often, yes: we use browser automation, delays and request rotation. But on some sites it isn't cost-effective or would break their terms. That becomes clear at the estimate stage.
How often can the data be updated?
As often as the task requires: daily, hourly or more frequently. Frequency affects the load on both your server and the source site, so we help you pick a sensible interval.
