Telegram bot development
Bots that capture leads, book appointments, take payments and answer common questions around the clock. Development, server, launch and support.
What our bots can do
- Online booking. Customers pick a service, a specialist and a free slot; the bot confirms the booking and sends a reminder the day before. Bookings sync with Google Calendar or your CRM.
- Sales and payments. A product or service catalogue, a cart, card payments right inside Telegram, a receipt and a notification to your manager.
- Support. Answers to frequently asked questions, handover of complex requests to a human operator, and an AI assistant that answers from your knowledge base.
- Broadcasts and content. Segmented broadcasts, auto-posting to a channel, moderation of user-submitted listings.
- Mini Apps (Web App). A full interface inside Telegram: catalogue, account area, order form, with no separate app to install.
- Internal bots for your team. Reports, alerts about new leads and payments, quick access to data from your CRM or spreadsheets.
A real-world example
For a skateboard marketplace we built a bot where users create listings with multiple photos, an admin reviews them in a moderation queue, and the bot publishes posts to the channel automatically with hashtags and numbering. It also has a "My posts" section, statistics and broadcasts to all users. See more in our Work section.
How development works
- We map out the flows: what the customer types, how the bot replies, where the data goes.
- We agree on the copy and buttons so the bot speaks your language.
- We build a test bot and share it with you, so you can use it from the very first stage.
- We launch it on a server and set up logging, failure alerts and backups.
A simple bot can go live from 5 days. A bot with payments, an admin panel and integrations takes from 2 weeks.
Where the bot runs
A bot needs a server that runs 24/7. For most projects a small VPS costing a few dollars a month is enough: it can host the bot, the database and the admin panel. We help you choose a server and register it in your name. We compare the options in our articles on Contabo and on deploying to DigitalOcean.
How much does it cost to run a bot?
The main expense is the server: a typical bot runs fine on a VPS costing $4-10 a month. The Telegram Bot API is free. Payment processing (transaction fees) and AI models, if the bot uses them, are billed separately.
Can customers pay right inside Telegram?
Yes. We connect a payment provider, and customers pay for their order without leaving the chat. We can also send them a payment link to your website.
Will the bot keep working if I turn off my computer?
Yes. The bot runs on a server, not on your computer. We set up automatic restarts and alerts in case anything goes wrong.
Can the bot connect to my CRM or spreadsheet?
Yes, via API or webhooks: Google Sheets, HubSpot, Bitrix24 and others. If you don't have a CRM yet, we can build a simple admin panel.
