Web app development

Products people use every day: client portals, booking systems, SaaS and marketplaces. We design the architecture so your app can handle a growing user base and new features.

How a web app differs from a website

A website tells people about your company and collects leads. A web app is a tool where users get things done: book, pay, manage orders, work with data. Here logic, interface speed, access roles and reliability matter more than the number of pages.

What we build

  • Client portals. Order history, documents, payments, request statuses and profile settings.
  • Booking services. Schedules, available slots, deposits, reminders and an admin dashboard.
  • SaaS. Sign-up, pricing plans and subscriptions, teams and roles, billing, onboarding.
  • Marketplaces and directories. Seller and buyer accounts, moderation, search and filters, commissions.
  • PWA. An app that installs on a phone straight from the browser, runs fast and can send push notifications.

How we build apps

  1. Prototype the key user flows. We agree on screens and logic before writing any code. It is the cheapest way to catch flaws in an idea.
  2. Minimum viable product. We ship the core flow within a few weeks so you can get feedback from real users.
  3. Iterative development. We add features in order of priority, with a demo on a staging server at every stage.
  4. Launch and support. Deployment to your server, monitoring, backups and documentation.

We pick the stack to fit the job: TypeScript with React, Next.js or Vue on the front end, Node.js (NestJS) or Python (FastAPI) on the back end, PostgreSQL and Redis for data, Docker for deployment. We deliver an MVP from 2 weeks.

Where to host it

A web app needs a VPS or a cloud platform: projects like this don't run on shared hosting. We usually deploy on DigitalOcean and register the server in your name. You can see how it works in our deployment guide.

How much does web app development cost?

It depends on the number of user flows, roles and integrations. After the brief and prototype we give you an estimate broken down by stage. An MVP with the core flow costs far less than building "everything at once".

Can we build a mobile app later?

Yes. If the backend is built with an API, a mobile app can connect to it without any rework. Often a PWA that installs from the browser is enough to start with.

Who will own the code?

You will. We hand over the source code, server access and documentation. Any developer can maintain the project.
